We accept the return products within 14 days of products’ delivery date. In case, if you return it after 14 days, we will not accept it. So kindly return the products within 14 days. In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts in product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange or refund of the product will take place as per our policy .

You may return all apparel & clothing products within 7 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or store credit. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, mask and accessories.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
